LeaguesApp registration is the first step in enrolling in the City of Bell Youth Baseball Program. Once your online registration is completed, you will be contacted to complete the required in-person registration process through the City of Bell ActiveNet system, including payment of the enrollment fee. All participants must enroll in-person through the City of Bell's Active Net registration system. Registering through LeaguesApp does not guarantee placement in the program.

Participation in the program is only guaranteed after both the LeaguesApp registration and ActiveNet enrollment process have been completed.

The following items will be required upon in-person registration:

• Child's Birth Certificate
• Parent/Legal Guardian ID/DL
• Fee: $10.00 Bell Residents / $15.00 Non-residents (Cash/Debit/Credit)
• Proof of Bell Residency (i.e. utility bill with name and address matching ID/DL)
