Must be of age between May 21, 2016 - March 3, 2020

All participants must enroll in-person through the City of Bell's Active Net registration system. The City of Bell's registration process will include a required enrollment fee. Registering through LeaguesApp does not guarantee placement in the program. ONLY those who registered in-person with the City of Bell will be allowed to participate in the program. In-person Active Net registrations will be taken on a first come first serve basis, until capacity has been reached.

The following items will be required upon in-person registration:

• Child's Birth Certificate
• Parent/Legal Guardian ID/DL
• Fee: $10.00 Bell Residents / $15.00 Non-residents (Cash/Debit/Credit)
• Proof of Bell Residency (i.e utility bill with name and address matching ID/DL)
