All Participants must register in-person through the City of Bell's Active Net registration system. In-person registrations for all programs will include a required enrollment fee of:

• Bell Residents: $10.00
• Non-residents: $15.00

Required Documents for in-person registration:

• Child's Birth Certificate
• Parent/Legal Guardian ID/DL 
• Proof of City of Bell residency (i.e. utility bill with name and address)
• Payment (Cash/Credit/Debit
