All participants must enroll in-person through the City of Bell's Active Net registration system. The City of Bell's registration process will include a required enrollment fee. To guarantee your child's spot in the program, they must be registered on both LeaguesApp and Active Net.

The following items will be required upon in-person registration:

• Child's Birth Certificate
• Parent/Legal Guardian ID/DL
• Fee: $10.00 Bell Residents / $15.00 Non-residents (Cash/Debit/Credit)
• Proof of Bell Residency (i.e utility bill with name and address matching ID/DL)
